Best News Ever!

So, I just sent this e-mail out to my family and friends (sorry if I missed anyone)...we are SO overjoyed right now!!

"Hello to Everyone.

I am so sorry to send this out as a mass e-mail, but there are just too many people to talk to, and not enough time to make all the phone calls!!

We have some GREAT news! Noah had his food challenge today at his allergist's office to determine if he has truly outgrown his milk allergy. According to his (allergy testing) blood work from January and trying baked foods with milk and eggs in them for the last month, it looked like he may be OK with milk and eggs. After today, we know that he really has outgrown his milk allergy!! Of course, we will take it slowly. Introducing dairy products cautiously, only one time a day until we are sure his body is ready. Needless to say, we are all VERY excited here! We even went out to the store after his appointment and bought ice cream for him to have tonight. :) If all continues to go well, his only allergies will be to peanuts and tree nuts, much easier to avoid than the other two!

Thanks to everyone for all of your love and support with Noah's allergies up until now. We truly do appreciate each and every one of you. Those little things all of you do to make him feel more included and loved mean the world to all of us. Thanks for allowing me to share our good news with you!!
